Recently we released an updated version of MerchantPlay that improves stability and performance in the printing of POS receipts with the help of a pop-up window. However we realised that if you are using Safari browser you would need to make sure that you uncheck "block pop-up windows" at menu Safari->Preferences to make sure your receipt can be printed correctly.
